Rules: The raffle is open only to licensed owners, 18 years
of age and older. The winning vehicle must be mechanically sound and functional to be eligible for Grand Prize and must be
titled/insured in winners name. The winners vehicle must be between the years of 1988 and 2011 to be eligible. No diesel cars
or trucks will be eligible. The winners prize will NOT exceed the KBB.com “excellent” retail condition. The winning
prize is capped at $10,000 for parts and labor. The repair decisions made are only made from the ASA of Rockford board. They
will follow the following guidelines. 1. Mechanical safety. 2. Major repairs 3. Maintenance and fluids 4. Light body work
5. Interior repairs. NO cash prize will be awarded assuming and difference in value of repairs. The winner if eligible will
receive a complimentary car rental for the length of repairs from Value Plus rental. maximum number of tickets sold will be
3000.
